1. Delivery Coverage – UAE Only

Currently, we offer delivery within the United Arab Emirates only. For international delivery inquiries or bulk/corporate orders, please contact us directly at orders@twicookies.com.

2. Delivery Fees

We offer flat-rate and free delivery based on your order value and delivery location:

Note: Normal Areas include most cities and residential zones across the UAE. Remote/Far Areas may include desert, rural, or extended zones. We will notify you if your location qualifies as remote.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • We aim to deliver all orders within 1–3 working days.
  • Deliveries occur Sunday through Thursday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed after 4 PM will be processed the next working day.
  • We will do our best to accommodate specific delivery date requests.

4. Delivery Handling & Packaging

Your chocolates are packed with care to preserve quality during transit. In warmer months, additional insulation or cooling methods may be applied to protect your order.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate. Ablan Chocolatier is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information. Redelivery may incur additional fees.

6. Delivery Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp. If no one is available to receive the order, our delivery team will contact you to reschedule.
